Powerful Inner Child Healing

During my much needed meditation I was guided and impelled to visit my inner child. This visit went a little different from my previous visits to her. When I visit my inner child it’s always at my childhood home. I also speak affirmations to her and comfort her as much as possible by telling her how safe she is, how it’s okay to be herself and have fun. This time I took that extra step and took her on an adventure instead of just telling her to have fun. My higher self showed up and guided me to heal my inner child in a very beautiful way that worked for me. I believe that everyone is powerful in their own way. I’m learning how stand in my own power and use my gifts to help and better myself and my family. So before I took my inner child on adventures i had planned for us, I decided to use healing, Universal light that comes through me from source, my star family, specifically my Arcturian family. I simply put my hand on her heart. I used the light to heal her trauma, her sadness, and her evident scars caused by abandonment. This powerful light also made her feel protected making it easier for her to feel okay about being her authentic, silly self. After being done I took her outdoors. We laid on the grass and stared at the sun for a bit while we made wishes. We then went for a ride on our bicycles to the park. I made sure to show my inner child that I cared about her and her emotions/feelings. I then took her home and after to make sure we shared more time together we ate dinner and I prepared a bath for her. During bath time my higher self spoke outloud with intention. Intentions to cleanse my inner child with the bath water. She spoke, “May this water cleanse her body and her soul from any negative and stagnant energy that did not allow her to expand, learn and grow”. I remember the bath water, it was sparkly in the beginning after being done I noticed the bath water was dirty. This signified the cleansing was a success. I then proceeded to prepare her for bed. Before I said my goodbyes I gifted her a new dress. This dress represented the royalty within her, a beautiful Queen in training. This dress was a gorgeous, majestic purple with gold embroidery. My inner child loved her new dress! She could not stop smiling. I then presented her with a gift of two crowns. They were perfect for her! Now after all that excitement it was time for some rest so I tucked her in, gave her a hug and a kiss and reminded her of how beautiful and powerful, safe and protected she is. I felt so much love, warmth and comfort in my heart and on a soul level. My body felt cradled and in peace. I am so thankful that I honored myself enough to know that I needed to heal myself internally. So I Made sure to sit down and pay attention to my shadow self, my ego, and my bruised passed. I chose to seek my truth, went within and I was able to address events from a different point of view. Events that included traumatic pain which I was then able to detach from and reprogram. I am now capable of calling in the energy of the universe while I meditate to address pain that I’ve endured with a simple command. My inner child, my teenager self and my young adult self. I envision myself speaking to their bruised side, back when I didn’t know any better, when I acted and moved without much care for anyone. Me, my higher self, speaks to them, communicates words of encouragement, anything that they might need in order to move past their scars so that they won’t be stagnant any longer. I never thought I would be able to use my gifts in my meditations, in my visions, in my dreams, in life and in my astral travels and yet here I am proving myself wrong. Goes to show you just how limitless we all really are. How your power will transcend through time and space and all you have to do is stand in your power and call it back when need be. Stand in it firmly and the truth will reveal itself to you. People around you will reveal themselves to you and masks will be taken off permanently. A few ways to call your power back include time in nature, putting electronics away and simply being still. Meditating, listening to music, creating, speaking up for yourself and what you believe in. Another way to call your power back is with intention, command it back. I’m the mornings, during the day, evenings and or night simply recite this phrase, “I call my power back, my energy back, and any fragments of me back from any past life, timeline, dimension, any place, any portal, time and space, any thing, any entity, any human, any one, any enemy and any where back to me NOW.
